How to create a knowledge item?


After successful registration, you can login to admin console (

Click the link Add Knowledge from sidebar, you will be redirected to "Add New Knowledge" page.



The content of knowledge is rich-text-format, use tool-bars of the editor to format the content as you need.

After filling in the title and content, click the "Create" button to create the knowledge item.  You will be redirected to "Edit Knowledge" page upon successful creation.


Your knowledge item is in DRAFT mode, that means the content is not accessible by the public.  If you search your knowledge base, you will not see this item until  it is published.

Continue editing the item. If you finish editing, click the "Publish" button to publish the content online. If successfully published, this knowledge item is accessible by the public and search engines like google can crawl the content.

Always "Publish" the latest content to make it accessible to the public.
